• Harassing or abusing other members

Before closing an account, 88viptaka will notify the member by email and provide the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — however, this may not apply in cases involving prohibited activity.

For inactive accounts, an admin fee of BDT 100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted each month.

For any complaint or dispute, please contact 88viptaka customer support first. We aim to resolve all issues within 24–48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please include the transaction ID, date, and full details.
• 88viptaka server logs and records will serve as the definitive evidence in all disputes.
• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.
• If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, neutral third-party mediation is available.

88viptaka may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.
